Certification Engineer

Your responsibilities

As a Certification Engineer, you will be involved in developing test and certification procedures focused on component innovations. You will be actively engaged whenever there’s a change for a component. You will be responsible for the design, development, certification, and introduction of these new test and certification procedures, collaborating with product engineers, product owners, and maintenance shops.

Your tasks include:

Devising and implementing targeted test and certification solutions for the innovation and sustainability of aircraft components;
Preparing, reviewing, and approving detailed certification reports according to applicable conditions;
Initiating and developing cost-effective projects to create efficient solutions;
Substantiating and verifying fault classifications according to EASA/FAA regulations;
Actively monitoring emerging technological developments, selecting suitable applications, and integrating them into the developments around test and certification methods.

Your skills

You possess analytical thinking, innovation, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Additionally, we require:

A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering;
Knowledge of system design and safety assessments related to aerospace engineering;
Experience with aviation regulations, preferably EASA Part 145 and Part 21;
Work experience in a similar role.

Salary
