Your responsibilities

As a Test Engineer, you'll immerse yourself in the world of power electronics. Whether it's a battery charger from an Amsterdam metro, a control panel from the Paris metro, or a drive unit from a Singaporean locomotive: you are the specialist who can detect any defect by testing. You understand that the devil is in the details and with your expertise and attention to detail, you ensure quality.

You'll use scripts and instructions, but you can also set up test setups and develop new test procedures. Every time, you solve the puzzle to ensure everything works as it should. Are you excellent at diagnosing faults and devising solutions?

Your work environment

At the Ridderkerk location, the focus is on challenging and complex electronics. Here, components are not only tested but also produced and refurbished. Think of converters, control panels, and control cabinets. The atmosphere is professional, the team is driven, and the environment has been recently revamped.

Your skills

  • You have a background in electronics (MBO 4 with extensive experience or a bachelor's degree);
  • Knowledge of power electronics is a must;
  • You can diagnose components and demonstrate defects;
  • Certificates like VCA Basic and NEN 3140 are in your possession;
  • You have experience with SAP and can follow and create test protocols.
  • Bonus points for experience with forklifts and crane operation!
